Feelgood Friday, a 16-week programme of different activities aimed at people who feel they have become stuck in a rut or lost contact with friends, will commence a new run on the 16th February at 1.30 p.m.
During the sessions participants have the opportunity to try a range of different activities such as:
- Pot Planting
- Be Creative
- Hand Massage
- Healthy Eating
- Local History
