A mental health drop in based in Stanley Road, Bootle.
The service is open on a Tuesday and Friday afternoons.
Anyone can call in for a chat and a cup of tea, have a one to one support session or take part in a range of therapeutic courses, including art, positive thoughts and aromatherapy.

Accident
Prevention Scheme:
This schemes aims to reduce the risk of accidents in the home by providing
home visits with advice and information and fitting free grab rails , banister
aids and minor bath aids.
The
Shopping Squad:
The Shopping Squad delivers a door to door service on a fortnightly basis
for those who are unable to do their own shopping.
Activities:
We offer tai chi classes, Chair Exercises and Relaxation, Reminiscence
and History Group Water Exercises and Positive Thoughts Courses. We offer
free transport for some of these classes for those who are unable to make
their own way.
Volunteering
Opportunities:
Opportunities for volunteers of all ages. The Feelgood Factory recruits volunteers
for the entire range of activities and services and provides support and recognition
to our large number of volunteers.
This projects recruits volunteers for the range of Feelgood Activities and
offers support and recognition to our large number of volunteers who help
us to deliver our services.
Out of Pocket Expenses are met.
Many volunteers have made new friends, learnt new skills, gained confidence and some have gone on to gain employment.

Activities
are offered at our Healthy Living Centre in Netherton and at outreach centres
across South Sefton.
Our activity programme is flexible and responsive to local people's suggestions. We encourage new people to participate in activities and provide inductions and support from trained volunteer health mentors.
We have a Community Organic Allotment. The produce from this is shared amongst the volunteers and any remaining produce is given to The Feelgood Factory Community Café. The Café Manager is very impressed with the quality of the produce.
Children
and Family Services
We provide a range of activities for parents, children and families together,
including:
Crèche
Some of our activities offer onsite crèche facilities where children
can have fun in a safe and stimulating environment whilst parents and carers
take part in one of our activities.
Young
People's Projects
Drop in advice, workshops and activities are provided for young people. Please
