Think Differently, Cope Differently
This 5-week programme will help you to cope with stress by changing the way you think. The course includes:
- Stress and mood management
- Relaxation techniques
- How to change negative thinking
- 5 Ways to Wellbeing
- Wellbeing goal setting
The weeks and months following the loss of a loved one can be difficult and lonely. There is no right or wrong way to grieve and there is no telling how long the process may take. The Feelgood Factory’s 8-week bereavement support programme is aimed at helping and supporting those who have been bereaved.
Our Mental Wellbeing Worker, David, is available for individual meetings for a limited amount of time. These are not counselling sessions but are just the chance to talk your problems over with someone who understands.
