The Feelgood Factory runs an expanding programme of social and interest groups for local people. The purpose of these groups are to improve health and quality of life by:

Most groups are always able to take on new members at any time but a few have restricted numbers so it is advisable to ask in the Feelgood Factory or ring 291 8010 first.
