The Drop-In (previously known as Upstairs@83) is a welcoming space for people who may be experiencing stress, depression or just struggling with problems caused by everyday life.

The Drop-In is free and open to anyone who feels they might benefit.

Sessions are held both at the Feelgood Factory and at Linacre Methodist Mission.
