The Feelgood runs a range of programmes to help you learn new things (or just engage in interests that you enjoy) whilst at the same time meeting people with similar interests. None of these require particular skills - they are all just for fun.
Our programmes will also help your health by:
- developing your self-confidence and self-esteem,
- focussing your mind and helping you to concentrate,
- being less stressed or worried as you engage in new activities,
- enjoying what you're doing and maybe boosting your mood too,
- expressing yourself in new ways.
A selection of the options available are below. If you would like to speak with someone about any of them please either:
1. Before 2nd January - Fill in this form and someone will contact you when we are back in the office.
2. After 2nd January - Phone 0151 291 8010 or pop into the Feelgood Factory.
