Sometimes life can feel a bit too much and this is particularly the case in January. Christmas is over, the bills are coming in and the weather is cold - no wonder it is one of the most depressing times of the year. The Feelgood Factory runs programmes that can teach you coping strategies so that you can navigate your way not only through January but also through the rest of the year with a bit of a bounce in your step. It is also possible to arrange to see one of our LWS Mentors for a few one-to-one support sessions. These are not counselling sessions but they may well help you find practical ways to cope.
A selection of the options available are below. If you would like to speak with someone about any of them please either:
1. Before 2nd January - Fill in this form and someone will contact you when we are back in the office.
2. After 2nd January - Phone 0151 291 8010 or pop into the Feelgood Factory.
