The loss of a loved one is deeply painful and stressful.  The Feelgood Factory's Bereavement Support Group can help you realise that you are not alone.

Bereavement can be a very isolating experience when you feel cut off from other people as you mourn the loss of your loved one.  Many people have attended our Bereavement Support Group and found help through the dark days in company with others who understand.

There's no right or worng way to grieve and there's no telling how long it may take.  There is also no "standard" way of grieving.  Cultures and individuals have their own beliefs and ceremonies however they all share many experiences and ways of coping with loss.

The next Bereavement Support Group aimed at helping and supporting those who have been bereaved starts on Tuesday 17th January, 11.00 to 12.00 and runs for eight weeks.
